It’s a clean gym that doesn't have a high ceiling, but it has a fairly good size and enough free weights and machines to get a good sweat. There are lots of friendly faces, and it’s well managed. You don’t need to bring your combo lock, as there are secure and automated lockers available. More importantly, it opens at 7 AM, so if you’re an early morning person like me, it’s an ideal choice for you. Best of all, you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg for the membership; the pricing is competitive if you’re really into working out and don’t need amenities like a sauna or pool.
