I had a contract with RAD Group. First of all, after I transferred the initial payment, they contacted me in an unprofessional manner. During the meeting, they simply asked whether I had a pen and paper so they could tell me what documents I needed to send. This was strange and unprofessional, as this information should have been provided clearly via email. Second, they failed to complete their work on time. There were significant delays, and they repeatedly did not respond to messages or phone calls. Based on my experience, I do not recommend RAD Group at all. If you are looking for trouble, you can start with them. In particular, my experience involved Saeid Kollahi and Shayda Taromi. I found them to be impolite and irresponsible in their professional conduct.
