Crown Rose Hotel

Absolutely wonderful experience at The Crown Rose Hotel. The accommodations were excellent, but what truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding hospitality. A special, heartfelt thanks goes to Moustafa, the Operations Manager. He went above and beyond to help us throughout our entire stay. His constant support, professionalism, and commitment to excellence in service did not go unnoticed. If you are looking for a hotel that genuinely cares for its guests, this is the place. Highly recommended!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent hotel and the outstanding services provided during my stay. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and professional. A special thanks to the driver, Irfan, for his kindness, professionalism, and respectful attitude. His excellent service truly made the experience even better. I highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, and the breakfasts are generous and delicious. The customer service is exceptional — especially Mr. Mustafa, who takes care of you in every situation and always makes sure everything is resolved to your satisfaction. It is true that there is some construction work happening around the hotel, which is, of course, outside the hotel’s control, but it can be a bit inconvenient at times. Nevertheless, the overall experience is excellent, and I would gladly stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Rosecrown Hotel in Riyadh and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, tidy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The overall service quality was excellent. I would especially like to highlight the outstanding work of the Front Officer, Mostafa. He was extremely professional, courteous, and attentive throughout my stay. From the moment I arrived, he ensured a smooth check-in process and was always ready to assist with any requests or questions. His positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference and enhanced my overall experience.

I had a very pleasant stay at Crown Rose Al Sahafa. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, especially the Front Office Manager - Mostafa, who truly stood out with a professional yet very friendly approach. The whole team made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The food was tasty and well prepared, with a good variety to choose from. Everything I tried was fresh and enjoyable. The only small downside was that the surroundings of the hotel were a bit noisy due to ongoing construction works, but this is clearly temporary and outside of the hotel’s control. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its warm service, comfortable stay, and great hospitality.

Very nice hotel close to the metro. Staff was very friendly so we could enjoy every moment of our stay. Great food. The only downside is the noisy construction site outside but it is not the fault of the hotel.

تواصلت مع الرقم يوم الاحد وقال لي الغرف متاحه وحجزت يوم الخميس قال لي اتصل الاربعاء واكد الحجز، تواصلت معهم الاربعاء وقالو حجزك مكتمل وارسلو لي تفاصيل الحجز في الواتس اب وقت وصولي للفندق قال لي موظف الاستقبال فيه نزيل ومانقدر نطلعه؟ طيب حجزي قال انتظر ساعتين نطلعه وتدخل؟ طيب جاي من سفر عموما كنسلت ولا انصح بتعامل معهم غير محترفين وسيتم التصعيد للجهة المسؤوله

Big thanks to the staff! Everyone was very nice and helpful. That's a big plus. And specially, big thanks to Mustafa, he helped me with lot of things during my stay. I highly recommend breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, BIG thanks to the chef! Unfortunately, there is currently construction going on around the hotel, so it's quite noisy. The rooms are fine, I just don't understand who came up with idea of the sink in the shower, it's very impractical. But luckily not all rooms have it. The gym was a big disappointment for me. I was here for a long time and I missed this. Only one machine worked. There is a metro station and lot of shops close to the hotel, so the location is ideal.

Great hotel. Everyone can not wait until the construction to be finished. Mustafa is the best guy to help you with almost everything you need. Loved to food.

للأسف تجربه لن تتكرر غرف متهالكه واصوات مزعجه جداً سواءً من الغرف المجاوره ام من المباني تحت الأنشاء و روائح كريهه بالممرات والغرف وتم وضع معطرات بشكل مبالغ فيه لكي يغطي على الروائح مما يجعلها تأثر على الجهاز التنفسي وفي الاستقبال أخ من الجنسيه المصريه يتكلم من طرف خشمه ومع هذا أسعار مبالغ فيها !!

I stayed there 2 nights with my mom and my brother. Rooms are good but the showers are horrible. Poor customer service and rude behaviour by Mr. Akheel. He’s a waste of space there and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. It’s a no go place ever.

The staff was really nice since the beggining. They solved the problem with my room. Mustafa - Front Office Manager did his best and now everything is perfect thanks to him - he provided nice hospitality and he really takes care about the guests. Thanks!

الاقامة كانت هادئة والموقع مميز حول طريق الملك فهد وطريق انس بن مالك الاستقبال متعاون والفطور لذيذ ، ممكن تطلب منهم نوع البيض ويجوبونه على لطاولتك

Hotel is located directly in the construction side, but the hotel manager Mustafa is trying his best to provide the best possible service. When the constructions around hotels are finished, it will be a nice hotel

Definitely not a 4-star hotel Walls are very thin and not soundproof at all !! Our room shared a wall with the bathroom of another room and we could hear everything! I stayed for 1 night, was woken up by drills and bulldozers and could not go back to sleep (again, very thin walls) Breakfast was below mid, they had breakfast, lunch and dinner food all out at the same time in the buffet, and it was still very small If you have construction going on near the hotel, you should not allow booking in rooms that are close to it, or at least inform your guests before they book.

Few rooms are great. few rooms are good but has got a very tiny washroom (water will spread all over the floor, there are no boundaries and separate bath area). The water reeks with chemical odour. Don't even dare to brush your teeth with it. The staff are humble, polite and amicable. They can understand English but you have to speak slower and might have to repeat. The food is great (in room dining). But double check your order because the staff get confused due to the language issue that I mentioned above. (They gave me non veg pizza instead of veg pizza). The breakfast buffet is subpar. The rooms are noisy because of the construction work. Location is good, Nearby metro and can get cabs easily. The gym doesn't have air-conditioning. The roof is made of glass and it's a green house. You will suffocate. The timings to access are different for men and women. The swimming pool is for namesake. Overall a bit expensive.

My stay at crown rose has been amazing. All the staffs are helpful , professional and always attentive to my needs. Mustafa the front manager was very helpful and professional. Highly recommend this hotel.
