سلام به عنوان مشتری این رستوران مواردی را در ادامه ذکر میکنم تا بتواند هم برای مدیران این مجموعه و هم برای افرادی که میخواهند اولین تجربه خود در این رستوران را داشته باشند مفید باشد : ۱_ در ابتدای مواجهه با این رستوران حس و حال تقریبا شیک و متفاوت بودن القا میشود که مشخصا این پیام را به شما مخابره میکند که با اشل بالای قیمتی مواجه خواهید شد که خوب کاملا صحیح است. ۲_ در ادامه تجربه خود در این رستوران انتظار مهمان نوازی یا hospitality خاص را خواهید داشت که متاسفانه از نظر من hospitality صحیح اجرا نمیشود و حس سردرگمی دریافت میکنید ۳_ سپس شما به میز خاص خود هدایت میشوید و ملزومات صرف غذا بسیار با احترام برای شما در جلوی شما چیده میشود و در این بین حس بسیار خوبی از دکور و اتمسفر حاکم بر رستوران دریافت میکنید ۴_ متاسفانه پروسه ای تحت عنوان گرفتن سفارش و ... برای پرسنل تعریف نشده است و شما بایستی با یک ارتباط چشمی و یا بلند کردن دست خود وِیتر را جهت ثبت سفارش خود عملا صدا بزنید ۵_ وِیتر با حوصله و اطلاعات کافی از منو شما را در ثبت سفارش همراهی میکند و بی نظیر هست این همراهی ... باید در اینجا تشکر کنم از خانم لطفی بابت این حد از حرفه ای و همراه و دلسوز بودن ۶_ غذا بسیار حرفه ای و زیبا سِرو میشود و خوب زیبایی سرو غذا ها از نظرم یکی از نقاط قوت این رستوران است ۷ _ طعم غذا ها کاملا پر ادویه و عموما تند هستند که با توضیحات کامل وِیتر ها و اسم رستوران و همچنین چیدمان رستوران کاملا قابل حدس هست برای مشتری و خوب باید بگویم طعم غذا ها و کیفیت مواد اولیه به معنای واقعی کلمه بی نظیر و فوق العاده و واقعا مطبوع است ۸ _ در حین صرف غذا و تا انتهای صرف غذا جدا از طعم بی نظیر غذا ها ، اتمسفر حاکم بر رستوران و محیط و چیدمان زیبای رستوران و رفتار محترمانه پرسنل رستوران لذت شما را دو چندان میکند و نهایتا تسویه حساب و خروج از مدیریت رستوران و پرسنل محترم رستوران کمال تشکر را دارم سپاس Hello, As a customer of this restaurant, I would like to mention a few points that could be useful both for the management and for those experiencing this restaurant for the first time: 1. Upon first encountering this restaurant, the atmosphere gives off a relatively chic and unique vibe, which clearly conveys the message that you will be dealing with high-end pricing—and this is absolutely correct. 2. As you continue your experience here, you expect exceptional hospitality, but unfortunately, in my opinion, the hospitality is not executed properly, leaving you with a sense of confusion. 3. You are then guided to your designated table, where the dining essentials are arranged respectfully in front of you. Meanwhile, you get a very pleasant impression from the decor and the overall ambiance of the restaurant. 4. Unfortunately, there seems to be no defined process for taking orders, etc., for the staff. You practically have to make eye contact or raise your hand to call the waiter to place your order. 5. The waiter patiently and knowledgeably assists you in placing your order, and this assistance is truly outstanding... I must thank Ms. Lotfi here for being so professional, attentive, and caring. 6. The food is served very professionally and beautifully, and in my opinion, the presentation of the dishes is one of the restaurant's strengths. 7. The flavors of the dishes are heavily spiced and generally spicy, which is entirely predictable given the detailed explanations from the waiters, the restaurant’s name, and its layout. That said, I must say the taste of the food and the quality of the ingredients are truly exceptional, amazing, and genuinely delightful. 8. Throughout the meal and until the end, aside from the incredible taste of the food, the restaurant's ambiance, beautiful decor, and the respectful behavior of the staff double your enjoyment. Finally, the payment and exit process. I sincerely thank the restaurant’s management and staff. Best regards.
