Very, very bad treatment from the cashiers, and also poor service from the sales staff. They don’t respond to any questions — you feel completely lost. I asked an employee where the jeans were located, and he just said, “Only what’s displayed in front of you,” even though a week earlier I had seen the jeans in a different place and they had moved them. Every week they change the location of items — it’s very chaotic. The worst part is the checkout staff; they don’t even look at you or smile. I wonder why you hire employees to organize the store and assist customers when they don’t do their job at all. They don’t even wear uniforms, so you end up searching for them. Not once — not a single time — have I visited this place and found employees actively offering help. The fitting room employee was extremely rude. I felt like I was at a street stall while she lined us up at the door and counted our items. When we came out, she demanded the pieces back in an unfriendly manner

All branches need serious renovation. The fitting rooms are old, not clean, poorly maintained, and the lighting is terrible. Even the clothing selection feels nothing like H&M branches in other countries — it honestly feels more like an outlet store

The worst management at City Mall Jordan branch. Rawan made a customer recognize her by charging him in front of me, but it was my turn. I asked to speak with the managers, but they didn't even apologize. She said she was the manager in an arrogant manner. I no longer want to go to that branch.

Very bad experience. The store asked me to pay cash claiming that my card payment did not go through. Later, I found out that the amount was actually charged to my card as well. When I contacted them to get a refund for the double payment, they refused and stopped answering my calls. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I do not recommend this place.

There is nobody to help if you're looking for sizes you cant find, nobody helps, the cashiers are really sarcastic and if you find one with humor its all dark humor. H&M isn't what it used to be im super disappointed, also the bags really smell and they made my bedroom smell for 2 days before i finally traced the smell😤🫠

I had a wonderful shopping experience at H&M City Mall thanks to Eman (women section). Her service was truly exceptional—she went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. Eman was not only helpful but also incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable about the store’s collection. Her warm attitude and genuine willingness to help made my visit smooth and enjoyable. I’m really disappointed with the shopping bags used at this H&M store. There’s a very bad, almost unbearable smell coming from them it’s honestly quite off-putting. I hope the store looks into this and fixes it, because it affects the whole shopping experience.

I like the variety and available sizes. Good store for all taste and size.

Staff are not professional as they lack knowledge. They had no information on how to redeem Alshaya group e-gift card in their store as well as placed the wrong price tag on the shirt I bought, the purchase receipt showed 6 jd extra which I noticed when already left.

The men’s clothes are really fashionable, with a wide selection and reasonable prices. The service is great, both Subhi and Nasr were quite awesome.

Had to be the cheapest clothes store in Amman. Bought lots of things from there. The unfortunate thing is that not that many people are available to answer questions. And they charge over the price to include taxes at the checkout so you end up paying more than what you've calculated. I'm sure this is not their fault but still they have to warn us (tourists). The quality of the clothes is great! Over 10 washes and still looks new new. I'd say it's high-end for people on a budget. Well done. Would definitely buy again.

It's a good experience, it can be better, you get lost between the sections. you can find the shorts and the t-shirt in the same place so it is not very organised. The prices are higher than you would expect, but the quality is good overall

سيء جدا وخاصة عند ترجيع السلعة مابلغونك من البداية انك لا تحصل على النقود بل ترصد لك كرصيد في بطاقة الشايع ولا تستخدمها الا لدى الشايع بالاردن قمة الاستغلال وهذه الطريقة لا يوجد في اي متحر بالعالم حتى متاجرهم بالخليج يستردون القيمة نقدا او رصيد - ولذا انصح منهم ومن التعامل معهم وآمل من لدية تواصل مع وزارة التحارة الاردنية وحماية المستهلك توصيل هذا لهم
