وديت التوب ولسا اشتريته جديد للتقصير وما طلبت كوي، قماشته اصلا ما بتحتاج كوي، مبارح المسا بتاريخ 29 حزيران، استلمته، واليوم بتفاجأ انه الكمة مكوية ومحروق جزء منها ومبين!! لسا ما لبسته ومناسبتي اليوم، مش حرام اخسر سعره اللي شريته ويكون منظره هيك!!!؟ I brought a brand-new thob for shortening only, I didn’t request ironing, and this type of fabric doesn’t even need to be ironed, that was one of the main reasons I chose it in the first place.. I picked it up yesterday evening June 29, 2026, and today I was shocked to discover that one of the sleeves had been burned like this. It was a brand-new thob, and now it looks awful!.. I paid 15 JDs for the service and ended up losing a 50 JDs thob instead!..

The most awful experience. My brand new blazer was brought in to change the buttons and remove crystals on the sleeve. After I personally tested removing the crystals by hand to save the fabric, I explained that the glue should not be melted as it will ruin the fabric. 1. Did not change the buttons on the front. 2. Lost 2 buttons and did not return them to me. 3. Melted the glue and ruined the fabric. I now have a brand new damaged jacket due to the incompetence of the staff. Something I explicitly asked for, was completely ignored resulting in a damaged item with no compensation. they used 10 buttons to try and cover the glue and it was done so poorly, no one would believe a professional has done it. They overlapped the buttons. They did not even bother to remove the excess threads. Careless work and overpriced for no reason. I will also add that the melting was denied more than 3 times. Only use this tailor for very basic work (much higher price than market value).
