I would like to start by saying that we write recommendations only when we believe deeply and sincerely in what we are writing, and when we think our recommendation could be of great help to other travellers. The Iran2Iran travel agency was recommended to us by a very kind employee at our Iranian embassy, who could recommend it from other travellers'experiences, as well as by an Iranian friend with immense knowledge of Iran, after we were unexpectedly refused our e-visas and we kindly asked for their suggestions. As our family of four only had less than 4 weeks between the visa refusal (at the beginning of April) and our planned departure to Iran on April 24th, we knew we had to get a very reliable travel agent in Iran. We simply could not afford multiple visa refusals because of the time constraints. And, as we had been advised, Irun2Iran turned out to be perfect! Even though it was a public holiday in Iran at the time we were filling in the visa forms (which are a bit more detailed than the e-visa forms) and Ramadan was just ending, Lelah always answered us quickly, accurately and clearly. We sent the forms, along with passport photos and personal photos, to the travel agency on Friday. Today, Tuesday, we were informed that our visa grant notices are ready and tomorrow we can already pick our visas from the embassy. It's hard to say how much of a burden Irun2Iran has taken from us, and how excited we are to be on the road in two weeks' time. :) The price for the visa was also very reasonable, 15 euros per person, which is quite a bit less than what other agencies charge. Now let's just cross our fingers that the political situation stays reasonable and we, as a family with two young children, will finally be able to see Persia. And in the meantime, thank you Irun2Iran for helping us to realise a long-held wish of ours!
