Jiwar Al Madina Hotel

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jiwar Al Madina Hotel for 6 days during the blessed month of Ramadan. The hotel’s location is simply outstanding, just a 5 minute walk to the Haram, near Gate 305. This made it incredibly convenient for us, especially during Ramadan when frequent visits to the Masjid are part of the daily routine. Being so close allowed us to attend prayers comfortably without worrying about long walks or transportation. From the moment we arrived, everything was handled professionally and smoothly. We had requested a late check-in in advance since our flight landed at Madina Airport late at night, and the hotel accommodated our request without any issues. The check-in process was quick and stress-free. The two receptionists who were on the night shift (I unfortunately didn’t catch their names) were always polite, welcoming, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Every time we needed assistance, they responded with patience and professionalism, which made us feel valued as guests. We had two separate bookings — my husband and I stayed on the 8th floor, while my parents stayed on the 9th floor. Both rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and pleasant, which added to the spiritual experience of staying in Madina during Ramadan. The rooms were well-equipped with all necessary facilities, and everything was maintained in excellent condition. I would especially like to highlight the housekeeping staff, who played a major role in making our experience exceptional On the 8th floor, Ibrahim and Shahid were responsible for our room, and they both did an outstanding job. They were incredibly attentive, respectful, and hardworking. Every day, they ensured our room was spotless, organized, and refreshed to a high standard. What really stood out was their genuine care and attentiveness, they would always ask if we needed anything extra, whether it was additional towels, water bottles, or toiletries, and they provided everything immediately with a smile. During Ramadan, when rest is so important between prayers, coming back to a perfectly clean and comfortable room made a huge difference. Their consistency, positive attitude, and dedication to their work did not go unnoticed. They went above and beyond basic housekeeping duties and made us feel truly cared for. On the 9th floor, where my parents stayed, Numan Ahmed and one more person (I forgot to ask their name) were equally impressive. They were extremely kind, professional, and attentive to my parents’ needs. They made sure my parent’s room was always clean, fresh, and well-maintained. My parents especially appreciated their respectful manner and prompt service. Whenever they required anything, they responded quickly and efficiently. Knowing that my parents were comfortable and well taken care of gave us great peace of mind. Numan’s and the other guy’s commitment to guest satisfaction truly reflects the high standards of the hotel. We would also like to give special appreciation to the Bengali uncle porter (I don’t remember his name) at the hotel entrance. He was extremely helpful, friendly, and informative from the very beginning. He warmly welcomed us, assisted with our luggage, and always guided us with useful information — whether it was directions, nearby facilities, or general assistance around the hotel and Haram area. His kindness and approachable nature made a lasting impression, and he always greeted guests with sincerity and a smile, creating a very welcoming environment. Overall, our experience at Jiwar Al Madina Hotel exceeded our expectations. The prime location, smooth service, comfortable rooms, and especially the exceptional housekeeping team made our Ramadan stay memorable and stress-free. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madina, particularly families and those coming during Ramadan. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

حجزت الفندق عن طريق تطبيق Wego لإقامة عمرة مع أسرتي، وهذه تجربتي بالتفصيل: المميزات: الفندق متجدد بالكامل والغرف جديدة جداً، مستوى التجديد والتشطيب أعلى بمراحل من تصنيفه كنجمة واحدة — أقدر أقول إنه يكافئ مستوى أربع نجوم بسهولة، وأنا بقارنه بفندق خمس نجوم كنت نازل فيه في مكة. الموقع ممتاز جداً — الفندق مقابل الحرم النبوي تقريباً، دقيقة أو دقيقتين مشي وتكون عند بوابة 305 مباشرة. ممتاز جداً للرجال لأنه مواجه لبوابات الرجال. لو معك نساء فمحتاج تمشي شوية للوصول لبوابات النساء الشرقية أو الغربية. فريق التنظيف محترم جداً والنظافة ممتازة. متوفر في الغرفة مياه وشاي ونسكافيه ومستلزمات استحمام كاملة من شامبو وصابون وليفة وكل اللي تحتاجه. العيوب: الفندق مؤجر لشركة اسمها "سدرة"، فلما وصلت قالوا إن حجزي ممكن يكون مش موجود. وصلت الساعة 5:30 مساءً والتشيك إن المفروض من الساعة 4:00، وانتظرت لغاية الساعة 6:30 لحد ما قدروا يوفروا لي غرفة. كان فيه فوج متأخر في الخروج ولم يكن مضموناً أصلاً إن هلاقي غرفة لي ولأسرتي. الغرف صغيرة جداً — كنت حاجز غرفة ثلاث سراير وأخذت غرفة بسرير queen والمساحة ضيقة بشكل ملحوظ رغم إنها حديثة. الحمام صغير جداً وضغط المية ضعيف نسبياً. لو أنت شخص وزنه كبير ممكن يكون صعب تستعمل الحمام بارتياح. حاولت أتواصل معاهم بالتليفون قبل الوصول وللأسف ما كانوا بيردوا خالص. الخلاصة: الفندق موقعه ممتاز وقريب جداً من الحرم والتجديد فيه ممتاز. لو تأكدت إن حجزك مثبت وتواصلت معاهم مسبقاً وراعيت موضوع مساحة الغرف الصغيرة — مش هتواجه مشاكل كبيرة إن شاء الله. شكر خاص للأخ أبو جواد والأخ عبد الرحمن من فريق الاستقبال — جزاهم الله كل خير على حسن تعاملهم ومساعدتهم.

Great location and for families on a budget. Only 5 mins walk from the mosque. We had a couple of issues with the rooms mainly the bed being hard, but the service staff (Shahid and Ibrahim) who manage the 7th and 8th floor were extremely helpful. Added lots of blankets to try and soften the mattresses and regularly cleaned the room and made sure were comfortable! Thank you to both of them, made the stay more enjoyable.

Highly recommended Jiwar AlMadinah Hotel, the room seems like a newly renovated and clean, fully equipped with generous amenities. Location is excellent. Reservation came with complimentary breakfast which initially I thought just a simple self-serve b/fast. To our pleasant surprise, the buffet breakfast is outstanding and delicious and the team led by the manager, Mr Aalae, went above and beyond to make your experience at the breakfast table a truly memorable one. We feel like a VVIP, so touched with the effort of Mr Aalae in making sure all our needs are fulfilled. The coffee specially blended by Mr Aalae is one of the best coffee I’ve tasted. Thanks so much!!

Room 407 I never take time to write reviews but this hotel made me do it. I stayed here for 3 nights and I must admit it that everything was just amazing, the location, the staff, the food. Mr. Bukhari at the Reception was extremely polite and helpful, which is a rare sight amongst most hotels I've stayed in makkah and madina. Also I had taken ifthar and suhoor as a package and the food was delicious and the service there was genuinely amazing. This hotel truly surpassed my expectations. I hope to stay here again whenever I come back to In sha Allah

I highly recommand Jiwar el Madina Hotel. It's in a great location next to the Prophet's Mosque. We stayed in two rooms,wich were very spacious and clean.The housekeeping staff were always available. Shipon and Jahid were always smiling and attentive, there work are impeccable. The food is very varied and pleintiful at any time. We had breakfast at 3 a.m ( RAMADHAN) and the staff and had weiter were very Kindle. Thank you Jiwar el Madina

Excellent stay at Jiwar Al Medina Hotel We had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at Jiwar Al Medina Hotel. I want to thank all the staff for their kindness and support throughout our visit. A special thanks to Salah‑u‑Din, the restaurant manager, for his warm hospitality — he truly made our experience memorable. For laundry services, Shahid is your guy. He was efficient, helpful, and made everything easy for us. The hotel is very close to the Haram, which made our stay even more convenient. The breakfast was very good with plenty of options to start the day well. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Medina.

18 gün Mekke’de konakladıktan sonra 2 gece bu otelde konaklamak üzerine getirildik. İlk girişte karşılamaları hoş değildi. Otelin girişi kısmı yenilenme için tadilata girmiş ve her yer toz içerisinde idi. Yoldan geldiğimiz için çocuğum altını değiştirmemiz gerekiyordu. Herhangi bir bebek bakım odası olmadığını ve odalarımızın da hazır olmadığını söylediler. Allahtan rehber araya girdi de boş bir oda ayarladılar orda işimizi hallettik. Akşam yemeklerinin yendiği yer küçük ve eşyalar çok çok eski. Sandalyeler 50 senelik sanki. Yemek saat aralığı oldukça kısa ve asansörler yetersiz. Yemekhane kapasitesi yetersiz. Yemekler Türk yemekleri görünümünde ama maalesef kendi baharatlarını attıkları için damak zevkimize uymuyor. Sabah kahvaltısına eşim gece ibadet ettiği için katılamadı ona biraz alabilir miyim diye sorduğumda hayır yanıtını aldım. Öğle vakti çay olup olmadığını sordum hayır yanıtını aldım ama kendileri içiyordu ve su kaynıyordu. Ayrıca odalarda 2. Gün su yok. Ve su istediğimde su sebilinden içebileceğimi söylediler. Yani biz yarın gidiyoruz. Riyalleri bitirdik çevrede büyük market yok ya da bilmiyoruz. Suyu nerden temin edeceğiz ??? Ben bu kadar cimri , somurtkan personelleri ve katı kuralları olan başka otelde kalmadım. Kendileri bizim ülkemize gelseler yemeklerine kadar yediririz çok yadırgadım ve geldiğimiz turu kınadım bizi böyle adamlarla muhatap ettikleri için. Odaların genel temizliği iyi banyoları temiz ve eşyalar yenilenmiş ama temizlikçilerin denetlenmesi lazım. Yorgan yüzü pislik içinde değişilmemiş. Ayrıca sabah benim çocuk tuvaletini çarşafa yaptı haliyle aleze geçti. Hepsini çıkardık ama temizlikçi alezi takmamızı ve yatağı ters çevirmemizi söyledi. Eşimle biz sildik milletin günahına girmeyelim diye. Umarım biz gidince değiştirirler. (Orta yatak).otelin konumu güzel. Tavsiye eder miyim asla !!

Excellent stay, close to the masjid. Staff were very helpful especially Rubel. Rooms were modern and spacious and looked newly renovated. I was initially skepical due to other reviews mentioning lift complaints but the complaints are exxagerated. Never had to wait too long for a lift. I should note that this hotel may be a little more inconvenient for women as its close to the mens entrance of the masjid but the womens side is further down. Abit of a longer walk for women

The Bengali man Muzzamil needs a huge pay rise, he is doing 4 mans duty himself, underpaid and because of his mannerisms and excellent character and conduction with clients, he is making all go back. I need to acknowledge that he has had a pay rise and a promotion in his position of duty. The Bengali staff (housekeeping) guy that gave me towels and water and shower gel, he has done an excellent job by also meeting clients demands, he is polite and professional and needs a pay rise and a promotion also. The reception man was superb, also gave directions to Money Exchange place and always has this sweet smile, very professional and needs a pay rise and a promotion definitely, ideally like an area managers post or similar.

I had an excellent stay at Jiwar Al-Madina. The customer service was truly outstanding—staff were welcoming, respectful, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well organized. I felt genuinely cared for throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Madinah.

إقامتي في فندق جوار المدينة كانت فعلًا مميزة. المكان مريح جدًا وأجواءه هادئة وتعطي راحة كبيرة من أول لحظة. الخدمة ممتازة، والطاقم كله متعاون وخدوم. وأحب أشكر بشكل خاص الأخ علاء من قسم الفطور، ما شاء الله عليه… شغله مرتب، تعامله راقٍ، وما يقصّر أبدًا. يحسس الضيف إن كل شي جاهز ومرتب له. باختصار: فندق مريح، خدمة ممتازة، وتعامل راقٍ… يستحق التجربة بكل جدارة.

I was on floor 9 and have got to say the service here was excellent. Noman and Shakil were great hosts and provided everything we asked for. Reception staff were also lovely and location was perfect, only 5 mins walk to green dome. Rooms were very presentable and looked great. Overall great experience

Lovely location of the hotel, the rooms were serviced really well too! A highlight was the buffet breakfast staff - they were exceptionally accommodating. A huge hats off to their customer service, I asked if they served masala chai and it was at my table within minutes! They were also constantly asking what they could improve on the buffet spread, we felt the staff were super friendly, inclusive and mindful of everyone's needs! We had an awesome breakfast experience here. Thank you Jiwar Al Madinah for making our stay so memorable! :)

Amazing stay. Clean rooms. Great service. The breakfast can be better but it seems this is the standard in most of the hotels in Medina.

واجهت تجربة غير مرضية مع مسؤول صالة الطعام المصري، حيث كان تعامله سيئًا للغاية ولم يلتزم بأدبه في التعامل مع النزلاء وزوار المسجد النبوي، و منعني من تناول وجبة الإفطار رغم حجز ودفع شامل، وحتى قسم الحجوزات لديهم أكد لي ذلك. بسبب هذا التصرف، قررت تسجيل الخروج مبكرًا بعد حوالي سبع ساعات من دخولي الفندق. في المقابل، كانت باقي أجزاء الفندق، خاصة فريق الاستقبال، تظهر احترافية عالية وتعاملاً ممتازًا.

أولاً مستغرب من التقييم مو 5/5 ! الموقع مكانه أول ما تطلع من باب الفندق يسار ثم يسار بوجهك الحرم تقريباً دقيقتين بس ، ثانياً الموظف " عبدالرحمن " والله يكفي إستقباله لي مع العلم جيت الساعة 2 الفجر مو بوقتي 4 العصر اللي حاجزه فيه ! باقي بس يشيلني و يوديني الغرفة من كثر ما هو بشوش و حبيب ، أخيراً الفندق عن نفسي أشوفه 5 نجوم قليل بحقه هذا و أنا حاجز غرفة ستاندر أقل فئة فيها أشياء والله بكل سفراتي برا ما حصلتها ، شكراً جزيلاً لإدارة الفندق ووالله 3 ليالي جميلة جداً و بإذن الله أعتمده لي و لجميع معارفي دائماً ، ملاحظة / ربعنا الكويتين لا تخلونه راح يعجبكم

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The food was exceptional, offering both quality and variety. The rooms were impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and highly professional throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.
