Delicious Lunch - Thank You Antony. We had an amazing experience with sumptuous culinary options, staff was welcoming, professional and helpful. Big shout to Antony from KanyKumari for recommendations. Top- opt for first tables on each side when you enter, apt for people watching. Chicken Limone for main and Blueberry rolls fir dessert is a must try. Will visit again soon.

Enjoyed my meal at Paul today. The onion soup was delicious & comforting. While the salmon with avocado was fresh and flavourful. Great food, pleasant atmosphere & friendly service. Thank you Nicole, Ary & Sheila 🙂

Food was sooo good and fresh, portion is really small, the plates look empty and you will not feel full without the bread basket they serve at the start. The place is crowded that we waited for some time, I dunno if this would be a positive or negative point. PAUL is loved by everyone. The staff are very respectful, attentive and well-trained. Some places become special not just because of the coffee, but because of the people behind it. ☕🤍 PAUL Bakery & Restaurant has truly held a special place in my heart for more than 5 years now. From my favourite Signature Almond Vanilla Latte to the Halloumi Pesto Sandwich, Mary Rose, Jane, and Samy always make sure it is perfect every single time — almost like they already know exactly how I love it. I’ve visited many other PAUL branches across Dubai — Dubai Mall, Mercato, JBR, Ibn Battuta — and even internationally in Georgia and Oxford, London, but there is something incredibly warm and cheerful about the Mall of the Emirates team that simply stands apart. Dubai moves fast, life gets hectic, and every team goes through its roller coaster moments, but the smiles here never fade away. Their greet-and-meet energy reminds me that people are truly the ones who make a place memorable. Thank you Mary Rose, Jane, and Samy for turning simple coffee moments into comforting memories over the years. You girls make this place feel like home. ✨

The food was good and fresh. Asked them to customize the sandwich a little bit for my mom and they agreed. We also love the coffee and their hot chocolate. Staff was accommodating especially Donald and Pawan. They keep on checking if we’re good with our food and if how’s the taste. Would surely comeback for another breakfast and would highly recommend to others🫶🏻

Went to have dinner here with a friend. Ordered most of the new menu. I’d like to give good credits and a shoutout to our server who was soo nice and took good care of us the entire time from appetizers to dessert, Thank you to Subash P., hope to have you as our server again next time we dine in this branch. The food was nice and sumptous, just recommend consuming your bread instantly if you’re ordering croque monsieur, we also got the beef lasagna both cheesy, and strawberry crepe which was refreshing and light. Atmosphere was nice even if there were a lot of people - it didn’t feel to loud or busy since we’re all evenly spaced out.

A special thank you to Donald, Ishwar, and Sheila for their excellent service—they were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was cozy and relaxing—perfect for a morning meal. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back!

Editing my review to add new experience… tried the Ramadan Set Menu and it was divine. It was just wonderfully crafted from start to finish. Portions were just adequate not too small, but it will also not make you feel stuffed. Also got the fig and apricot bread and vanilla black tea and they were equally lovely. Thank you Ziad and Subash and the rest of the team for being nice and for the great suggestions. Ramadan Kareem!!!

Excellent breakfast. Especially the Truffle scrambled on toast was yummy. Not to mention the coffee and that cute little Paul's cake 😋. The staffs Sheila, Sanjida, Aky and Donald were excellent. Gave us princess treatment 🤩🥰

Dining at PAUL at the Mall of the Emirates was such a lovely experience. Our waitress, Sheila, took wonderful care of us—she was genuinely attentive and even recommended dishes that fit our dietary needs perfectly. The bread basket tasted fresh, though we’d love for it to be served a little warmer next time. The beverages, main dishes and dessert were delicious, with unique flavours that really stood out. We also loved the wide selection of desserts on display—so tempting! Prices are on the higher side, but overall, the quality and service made our visit truly enjoyable.

i really recommend this cafe shop especially when your in a rush hour before closing, like me i came in and randomly ask the waitresses and i suddenly talk to these three ladies named, Maam Mae, Ederlyn and Sami. They really accommodated me even 1hour before closing time, i’m trying to order this Pastries— Chocolate mille feuille and they give me extra Vanilla which i was surprised! I really appreciate and super humble and kind waitresses hands down! Me also working in customer seevice really touch my heart just to have my order being sold out and they really tried their best to accommodate and give me that pastrie! 👌🏻👏🏻🙌🏻👍🏻

We dined here several times during our stay and the service was always very friendly. We tried most of the menu, from soups and main courses to pasta and desserts, and everything was exceptionally delicious and well suited to European tastes. Before the meal, a basket with different types of bread and spreads is served as a complimentary treat, a wonderful gesture of hospitality. The prices vary and are more favorable when paying directly by card in dirhams.

I had a wonderful breakfast experience today . The food was delicious, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff Sanjida. ❤️ was friendly, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were quick to assist with any requests and ensured everything was perfect throughout our visit. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to others! 😊
