This building is honestly the worst place to live. There are fire alarms going off almost every week, sometimes even every day. We constantly have to evacuate, and it has become a nightmare. The situation is so bad that we no longer know if there is a real fire or just another false alarm. It’s completely unsafe and stressful for all residents. The garbage room is always filthy and smells terrible — it is never cleaned properly. The hygiene level is unacceptable. On top of that, there are too many sharing flats in this building, which is strictly against the rules. Everyone knows about it, including the security, but they choose to ignore it instead of reporting it to the management. The management needs to take immediate and serious action. Living here feels unsafe, unhealthy, and very poorly managed. It is completely disappointing and frustrating to deal with such conditions every day.

More than 20 emails have been sent to the building management to file a complaint regarding unpleasant food odor . Unfortunately, no action has been taken and no response has been received so far. Bad cooking smell 24/24 i believe someone are doing Indian chicken business in the building . This issue significantly affects the quality of living and daily comfort, and therefore I do not recommend living in this building given the lack of attention to residents’ complaints. Don’t think to take flat here .

I am delighted and pleasantly surprised that the building is in such a wonderful condition ! It is so rare to have a sauna and a hammam, and they are separate for men and women !! Bravo !! ☀️🤩 Everything is clean, and the staff is excellent - they are very polite, and the management is prompt in resolving all issues ! The care service is very supportive !

The landlord and management of this building are like a scam center. They rent a house to you at a low price, and then use various reasons to blackmail you for money. Even if you move out, you still need to pay for the air conditioning cleaning. You also need to pay for the old pipes. If the security deposit is not enough, you have to pay for it. "We will report the case to the court" is their way to communicate with you.

The apartments are lovely and pretty spacious. The rooftop pool area and the gym are fantastic! The security staff is super friendly. The best part is that chillers are included in Rent. The agency maintaining the building is very professional and easy to access. Very clean and stylish place with everything you need. In a great location.

The worst building and management in Sports City. I don’t recommend this building at all! Don’t get hunted by the agents who will convince you that this is the best building and its brand new (no its not) and it has golf course view, you really don’t care for this after staying in the building. The building finishing is very poor and cheap, the Appartments are not sound proof at all, you can hear your neighbors talking, playing music, children screaming and playing in the corridors - even just anyone walking in the hallway, you can’t sleep from the wind sound that is coming from the balcony windows- so its impossible to have a quite nights or even try to study or focus on your work because of the noise!!! Too many maintenance issues and the maintenance team will definitely not come to fix it quickly, it might takes you weeks until they come so you will end up paying for outside company to fix the issue quickly! The common areas including the garbage rooms, elevators etc are always dirty and never kept clean, you will find diapers left on the ground in the garbage room for days and no one had picked them obviously because the tenants have no sense of hygiene!!! Not to forget the playground of the children that is exactly in-front of the main entrance and is always crowded and full of wastes and left overs which make you sick once you pass by! The fire alarm for the building goes on minimum 10 times a days, so we ended up getting used to it so if any real fire happens in the future we will never know! No sun bed at the pool and I have emailed the management twice asking when they will get them but they never replied back and it’s been two years! The gym is very small and it can’t occupy more than two at the same time, and if have a man personal trainer, he can’t enter the ladies gym and you can’t train at the man gym! So you will end up getting a Membership in one of the outside gyms! I tried raising these issues to the management several time with the hope that they will try to enhance but I never received any response back! So unaccountable, and unprofessional management. I don’t recommend it. You will find better buildings with a good price around the area. Don’t be fooled by the agents words they are not true!

The fire alarm for the building has gone off around 10 times since I moved in, its now gotten to a stage where everyone just ignores it because its the new norm. The staff/security in general are not helpful - they never seem to know whats going on with anything or know how to help with any issues. Definitely do not recommend. Lastly agents/landlords will try charge you a lot more than the apartments are worth, don't listen to them if they say its the final price, you can negotiate a few thousand off.

All i do is regret about taking this apartment, Everything is fine here , Expect that you will hear Fire alarm every 2 minutes.And forget about your security Deposit even if you leave the premise on proper end of contract / With proper notice. M.s Asha will even make you put review for this building once you are staying there,but once you’re contract is about to finish,She will stop replying you / taking your call cause the security Deposit is just gone, You will not get any refund for the deposit.

Do Not Shift Here!!! If you don’t want a stress at all… BE CAREFUL WITH THEM SPECIALLY WITH AISHA!!! - first and foremost the quality of the building is bad you can hear your neighbors talking even in the midnight. - The fire alarm of the building has gone off around almost 50 times since I moved in, and stayed for a years it’s now gotten to a stage where everyone just ignores it because its the new norm. Even when the real fire has come it is looks normal with the tenants to hear the fire alarm as they use to it. - RUDE!!! They should not let renting the apartment if it’s for sale, as seems that they were paying you and you are free all the time if they will message you that some buyers will come to see the apartment. And much rude was she (Ms. SUMAIAH) send a message that “UNTIL WHEN YOU WILL LOCK THE APARTMENT” hello we are not paid to attend your buyers all the time and we are paying our rents on time. - the guard they will questioned you even you send a box to your home country if you are moving out, the fact that there is a moving out and in requirements. They will not stopped ringing your bell. -and be careful to Aisha she will act as she’s giving favor to you but she’s not! She is a liar that they will tell all are teared in the apartment but the fact that they doesn’t wanted to give the deposit back.

IF YOU HAVE A PET dont bother! coz most tenants here are so scared that they think they will be attack by a small size puppy with small teeth,some of them give that look at your pet like a gross insect ,most specially inside the elevator Indeed it mentions that pets are allowed in the building , but it aint a pet friendly one ,see?? theres a difference. (Poor furbabbies)

Fraud management!! Deposit amount will not be paid back!! seriously! The management will not refund you the amount the back for no reason! We lived here for 1 year and room was returned to them clean with no complaints at all ,still they didn't return our amount for foul reasons!! Very disappointed! Security guards are friendly,Building is clean,waste management is proper, swimming pool is fine.

The worst management in Sports City. Do NOT shift here. Seepage problem building is very poor and cheap Not sound proof apartments Maintenance team is very bad. There is a leakage problem and hand shower leakages are very common, I complaint several times but no action taken. I tried raising these issues to the management several time with the hope that they will try to enhance but I never received any response back! So unaccountable, and unprofessional management.

Building is nice but maintenance is not good. Worst material used in kitchen and washroom. Ceiling is leaking, pipes are leaking. My stove exhaust, it's stop working I complained and few tech people also came but they said it's working fine while it's not and they never came back.

I rented an Apartment for a year. I decided to leave the apartment after a year of the agreement. I informed the agent, Ms. Asha, that I will be leaving the Apartment on November 10th. In response to my inquiry, she informed me that she would not be returning the security deposit. The reason she did not return our deposit was an unnecessary one. There has been no response to my call. Conclusion: If you forget your security deposit then you can choose GGR2! They make you crazy at the End stage for security deposit and shows blunder 1000 reason! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Guys! Just be careful when vacating the apartment! Your rental depoist is gone! whoosh! Worst (Empire Arabia )mangament and they are crooks! who charged 4900aed for studio. when leaving the apartment on the proper notice! When u try to call mangament representive Ms.Asha, She is never picks the phone, and when u call there office, they are all lie and very unprofessional. Regarding the Apartment - emergency alarm goes every time. They are cheapo and bad quality! garbage chute rooms has pest which enter the apartment.

The Management is the worst you can imagine, fire alarm every single day . Asha is such a disrespectful person , that doesn’t know basic standards of etiquette.

This apartment have duplexes, studios, one bed and two bed room apartment. It has small facility area which has swimming pool and gym , suana and steam bath all are separate for both ladies and gents on tge top floor. Swimming pool is combine and small They have average maintenance and a small play area for kids on ground floor The good thing is that here in this area they have huge parking lot But the negative side of this surroundings is construction of other buildings so that little bit noisy and dusty.
