I will say the other review ain't fair. Iv been there 3 times and will say it ain't so. There are both kind of toilets and if you want them inside there are tow of them that you could book. And about sleeping on a matt on the floor I have to say Wellcome to middle east brother. There is a bag in the room with extra sheets and covers. The place was made for travelers on deserts just few hundred years ago and the renovation architect tried his best to keep it as authentic as he could. Nice place with music room that people do jamming with a tv and bunch of DVD s. Food is literally cooked with a lovely local lady that u just cant get enough from that. I do like the dining table which is made with a big old door. One of most under rated places in Iran

Total tragedy. School of survival at night. On the way from Abyaneh it was snowing (Febr. 2017) When we entered the room - sorry - a space 2.70 cm x 2.70 cm its temperature was 16 C (my friend had a watch with a thermometer, hence we knew), in the morning inside temp. was 13 C. INSIDE (!) There were no beds, just 3 mattresses as thin as a rake on the floor made of clay and dirty. Apart from that - NOTHING in this "room". No wardrobe, no table, no chair, etc. We slept in our jackets, all three of us, in gloves, socks, in baseball caps. In spite of that coldness was felt from the floor. As a result we caught a cold, started caughing. ... (PS. We are from Poland, so we practically got accustomed to coldness. But NOT to sleeping on BARE floor in 13 degrees). Aha, Toilet was outside: 'hole in the floor' type. Why did our tour beaureau decided to put us up there? It goes against my sense of decency / any HUMAN decency. Bottom line: every other motel /hotel/ hostel after THIS one became 'French Du Luvre'. This here since our stay has been a laughing stock among us and a reference point in meannness and shabbiness. Avoid !!! Give it a wide berth !!!
