راستش از سرویس دهیش خبر ندارم ولی نمای ظاهریش قدیمیه و آدم دقت نکنه فکر میکنه که یه خونه قدیمیه و از کنارش راحت رد میشه.

Dear Hotel Management, Your response is both inaccurate and misleading. We called just two hours before arriving, and your staff confirmed that a double room was available. Upon arrival, however, the receptionist suddenly claimed otherwise and attempted to upsell us to a more expensive room. This contradiction alone proves that we were misled. And if, as you now claim, there was no double room available, then why did your receptionist even ask for our passports and visas in the first place? If there were truly no rooms left, there would have been no reason to check our documents at all. This only further proves that we were discriminated against. Furthermore, your receptionist immediately asked about our ethnicity before even discussing room availability. This was inappropriate and unprofessional. When we revealed that we were Afghan, his behavior became openly hostile, and he repeatedly demanded to see physical visas, despite the fact that visas to Iran are all electronic. Your staff’s actions were discriminatory and unacceptable. Additionally, it was clear that your hotel lacked the necessary equipment to verify electronic visas. Instead of admitting this or finding a solution, your receptionist chose to blame us and treat us with hostility. The responsibility to have proper systems in place lies with the hotel, not the guests. As for your claim that we “shouted”, if questioning unfair treatment is considered shouting, then perhaps your staff should be trained to handle guests with professionalism and respect rather than resorting to dishonesty and discrimination. We stand by our experience, and if this conversation was recorded on CCTV, we encourage you to review it carefully. It will only confirm the unacceptable behavior of your receptionist. This situation was a clear case of racial discrimination, and no traveler should have to endure such treatment. Instead of dismissing our complaint, you should address the unprofessional conduct of your staff.

We called this hotel two hours before our arrival to ask if they had a double room available. The man on the phone confirmed that they did, so we decided to go there. Upon arrival, the receptionist immediately asked if we were Arab. When we said no and requested a double room, he suddenly claimed they didn’t have one, only a more expensive triple room. This was a blatant lie, as we had just called and been told otherwise. When we confronted him about this, he went silent and then, out of nowhere, asked for our passports. After checking our passports, he demanded to know our ethnicity. The moment we told him we were Afghan, his attitude became even worse. He then insisted on seeing our visas, despite the fact that we hold Australian and Dutch passports and our visas are electronic. We explained that there was no physical visa to show, but he kept pushing, treating us with open hostility and complete disrespect. This experience was nothing short of disgusting. The receptionist’s behavior was blatantly racist and unprofessional, he clearly had an issue with us because we are Afghan, even though we hold Australian and Dutch passports. We have never been humiliated like this before and felt completely unwelcome. This hotel is not just unprofessional; it openly discriminates against guests based on their background. Avoid this place at all costs.
