سلام همه چیز بد و افتضاح و کثیف در این دوران کرونا از همه بدتر برخورد بد و بی ادبی پرسنل و ویر فوق العاده بی ادب و نفهم که برای جوابگویی ما به شکایت از بهداشت اتاق از ما طلب کار شدن.در کل بد بدبد

I highly recommend Treppen Hotel. The hotel is very clean, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is very convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other essential places nearby. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this hotel again. ✨️❤

Overall, we had a pleasant two-day stay at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and most aspects of our experience met our expectations. The breakfast was good, with a decent selection of food, and the swimming pool was enjoyable, although it felt a bit small and shallow for adults. However, there was one significant issue that affected our stay. We encountered a cockroach in the bedroom, and my mother had to kill it inside the room. While the rest of the hotel appeared clean and well-maintained, finding a cockroach in the sleeping area was disappointing and raised concerns about pest control. Despite this problem, our stay was generally comfortable. We hope the hotel addresses this issue, as it has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful, making the experience smooth and pleasant. Quiet location and perfect for both short and long stays. Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and spacious. With a very good and sensible layout. Free parking inside the hotel. Asha at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The price was very low for the quality. I usually book this hotel and I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Dans la vie il ne faut jamais rester sur un mauvais avis. C’est mon troisième séjours ici. La première fois etait impeccable il y avait rien à redire tout était parfait. La seconde fois malheureusement c’était différent mais je souhaite pas en parler. Si je rédige un avis aujourd’hui c’est par ce que j’ai décidé de revenir tenter une expérience pour ne pas rester sur un échec et j’ai bien fait car non seulement le personnel qui nous a reçu était très professionnel et souriant ca fait trop plaisir mais surtout que la chambre qui nous a était attribué est tout simplement waouhhhh. Avec une chambre séparé double balcon un petit salon on se croirais à la maison j’ai bien fait de revenir ici. Je m’excuse auprès du personnel pour avoir un peu râler durant mon second séjour aujourd’hui c’est de l’histoire ancienne et tout est impeccable merci ❤️❤️

The most disrespectful hotel i have ever tried in my life. First of all it is filled with insects and cockroaches are in every drawer of the room. Their cleaning is a joke they don’t remove the dust they don’t do the dishes and the pillow cases, sheets and towels smell very bad. And the worst part is their sales team that makes you feel that they are the ones who are paying us not the other way around. I really don’t recommend anyone to stay here.

L'hôtel est à 7 min à pied d'un arrêt de bus, c'est très pratique. Mais il reste assez excentré de certains points d'intérêt de Dubaï pour s'y rendre en transport en commun. Le mieux est de se déplacer en taxi. La chambre était très bien avec une literie très confortable, le personnel très attentionné. La piscine sur le rooftop est très agréable avec une vue très sympathique !

Durante mi estancia en el hotel, tuve la suerte de coincidir con Lu Shein, parte del equipo de limpieza, y realmente hizo una gran diferencia en mi experiencia. Su amabilidad, atención al detalle y dedicación son excepcionales. Cada día la habitación quedaba impecable, con un toque de cuidado que demuestra verdadero orgullo por su trabajo. Lu Shein no solo se aseguró de que todo estuviera limpio y ordenado, sino que también fue siempre muy educado/a, respetuoso/a y con una actitud positiva que alegraba el día. Es evidente que ama lo que hace y que se preocupa genuinamente por el bienestar de los huéspedes. Sin duda, Lu Shein merece un reconocimiento especial. Dört gece konakladım. Kaldığım oda yeterince temiz değildi. Oda kokuyordu, havalandırmama rağmen koku geçmedi. Klozet ve duş küveti sadece su ile temizlenmiş, kir izleri belli oluyordu. Hijyenik değildi. Dubai'nin temizlik anlayışıyla uyuşmuyor bu otel. Dıştan bina güzel ve şık duruyor, dört yıldızlı bir otel için dıştan iyi görünüyor ama odaların temizliği ve hizmet anlayışı çok yetersiz. Ayrıca duş için konulan, el ve yüz silmek için konulan havlularda çok kokuyordu. Tur ile Dubaiye geldiğimiz için bu otelde kaldık.

The suits and rooms were nice and large. The pool was always very well heated. The housekeeping cleaning was Impecable. The hotel was very well maintained and looked very fancy. The only thing I would say was that the WiFi was a little bit slow from time to time but that wasn't major issue.

i stayed there for 2 months and was very pleased with the service , cleanliness and room space. Ms Rose was very helpful and supportive with information and reservations.

Yani odada sizi rahatlatacak, vakit geçirecek hiçbir şey yok. Banyo kısmı ise başlı başına bir facia. Şampuanlar son derece az, tek kullanımlık değil; doldurulabilir dispenserlarda ve kalite olarak oldukça düşük. Duş bataryaları o kadar eski ve yıpranmış ki, suyun bir basıncı yok, akmıyor. Duş almak bir rahatlama değil, sabır testine dönüşüyor. Küvetin gideri tıkalı, küvetin kendisi ise gözle görülür şekilde kirli. Temizlik algısı tamamen sıfırlanıyor. Odanın pencereleri dışarıdan gelen sesi neredeyse filtrelemeden içeri alıyor. Trafik, motor sesleri, çevredeki tüm gürültü odanın içinde. Dinlenmek imkânsız. Tuvalet kapısı tam kapanmıyor, katlanır bir kapı kullanılmış ve hem işlevsiz hem de rahatsız edici. Mahremiyet duygusu yok. Genel tablo şu: Burası aşırı eski, bakımsız ve zamanın çok gerisinde kalmış bir otel. Geceliğine 500 dirhem ödedim ve Spor City’de dördüncü gecemdi. Aynı bölgede bu fiyata — hatta daha uyguna — çok daha yeni, çok daha temiz, çok daha kaliteli ve güler yüzlü personeli olan alternatifler mevcut. Arayan, bulan çok rahat bulur. Sonuç olarak: Bu otel ne fiyatını hak ediyor, ne bulunduğu şehri, ne de Dubai turizminin iddiasını. Burada konaklamak bir deneyim değil, bir uyarı niteliğinde. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Bu yorumu okuyan herkesin, karar vermeden önce bir kez daha düşünmesini özellikle isterim.

Sehr unzufrieden, Balkontür konnte man nicht richtig schließen, alles zu Alt und Schmutzig. Stinkt andauernd nach Essen, was die Nachbarzimmer kochen. Das Hotel hat kein Stern verdient. Hab nach ersten Tag ausgeheckt.

This is our third time here and this time we were forced to extend our stay twice due to the ongoing situation in the country. We would like to extremely appreciate the tremendous support given to us by the hotel management especially Mrs. Rose who kindly helped us in many ways to make our stay smoother and very comfortable.
