Zenzi Beach Dubai

Sehr schönes Restaurant in Hotel Zabeel Saray direkt am Strand. Mann kann wählen im Aussenbereich am Strand oder in dem offenen Innenbereich zu essen. Bedienung war sehr freundlich, hat uns gerne beraten und auch Sonderwünsche berücksichtigt. Essen hat gut geschmeckt, auch mit Brot und Olivenöl davor. Sehr liebevoll angerichtet. Gerne wieder. Wir hatten auch schon am Pool bestellt, Das essen kommt in einer Kunststoffbox. Auch hier hat das Essen geschmeckt, das Obst war nicht so toll.

The food was tasty. But the service was slow. Drinks would finish before getting a waiter to ask for a refill - at 1 point I had to walk to the bar to order myself. Other tables got bread as a starter - our table of 7 got none. We ordered medium rare steak - it came well done. It’s my second time here and there won’t be a third.

Food is excellent here. I had the Gnocchi which is incredible. Staff are excellent and so friendly. One staff member I can’t remember for the life of me her name did not stop smiling. We have visited twice now and one time had a DJ on and it was a lovely atmosphere even with the DJ. I think if you pop a burger or two on the menu this place would be booming.

I had a great experience at Zenzi Beach, from the food, to the ambience, and the excellent service. The manager Prashant was extremely welcoming and helpful, and guided us through a misunderstanding very efficiently and respectfully. I ordered the sharing meat platter which was succulent and well seasoned. It was perfect portion for two people and the sides of kale and mash complimented it well. Overall, I had a lovely afternoon. The place is very family friendly and has a calm atmosphere, would definitely recommend for families and anyone interested in having a good time!

It was a hot 41°C in Dubai. We had a fantastic beach day at Zenzi Beach. I loved the warm decoration of the whole place with natural elements, lots of flowers at the time we visited. A very nice and cozy place for families with kids too. The personnel was kind and helpful. Sital warm welcomed us and made us feel immediately homely and comfortable. The dishes we ordered were amazing and tasty especially the cheese balls. We appreciated the birds chirping with no loud music (that we can often have on the beach in Dubai). A cozy place for enjoying the sea and good food. By the way, we enjoyed snorkeling and were delighted with lots of fish in the sea, a few starfish and crabs too!!

Kids Club Review The caregivers are extremely attentive, caring, and very engaged with the children. They play actively with them, interact warmly, and create a safe and happy environment at all times. Our children felt very comfortable, and as parents we had complete peace of mind. We are very, very satisfied with the Kids Club and the entire team and can highly recommend it.

I went to Zenzi Beach a couple of days ago, and I loved it. The atmosphere is great, right by the beach. I enjoyed the food and drinks, and the service was good. The prices are fair for the location. I will definitely be back again!

It wasn't just a simple shelter; it was a meticulously designed space furnished with not one, but two additional sunbeds, ensuring that relaxation was never compromised. And the umbrella? It was a magnificent canopy, providing ample shade and creating a personal haven of coolness amidst the warm, radiant sunshine. Shortly after settling in, we were presented with an exquisite fruit plate, a vibrant tapestry of nature's sweetest offerings. Each piece was perfectly ripe, a testament to the dedication to quality. This delightful prelude was followed by the arrival of welcome drinks, refreshing concoctions that tantalized the taste buds and prepared us for the culinary journey ahead. And the food... words simply cannot capture the sheer brilliance of the dining experience. It wasn't merely delicious; it was a revelation. Each dish was a masterpiece, a symphony of flavors that danced across the palate, leaving us in a state of blissful culinary awe. To say it was 'mindblowing' is an understatement. In essence, this was more than just a 'fun day at The Palm'; it was a meticulously crafted experience designed to elevate every sense. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone seeking an escape into a realm of unparalleled luxury and enjoyment.

We had time at the beach, the food was good and the service team was friendly special thank you to Prashant. However, I’d like to offer some constructive feedback to help enhance the guest experience. We booked the cabana expecting the full package as described, which included a Bespoke Zenzi Beach Bag with amenities such as towel, face spray, and sunscreen. However, we only received the bag after several reminders, no towels and the sunscreen and face spray were available only as public-use items, not individual amenities. It would be helpful to update the package description for accuracy so guests know what to expect. Additionally, the cabana requires proper maintenance as the setup appears loose and damaged with a visible tear at the top. We recommend addressing this to maintain the quality and standard of the guest experience. The hanging wires and overall condition need to be securely fixed to ensure both safety and comfort. Overall, still a pleasant experience but with those adjustments, you would elevate it even more.

Lovely food, right by the beach and good service too. Ian the duty manager ensured we had a great time and even got us a bottle of our favourite champagne which is not on their menu. That made our evening!

We were guests at JBS and had lunch at Zenzhi. The atmosphere is lovely and decorations gives true beach relax vibes. Special thanks to Sital who was very polite, friendly and provided excellent recommendations with food choices. We enjoyed the delicious food and the drinks. Good portions and filling. Nice day to eat after some watersports and on the beach. Thank you to Sital and the Zenzhi team.

Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Wir sind um 16.20 Uhr angekommen und es war kaum etwas los. Weder durch die Klingel an der Liege noch von selbst ist ein Kellner zum Bestellen gekommen nach 40 Minuten Wartezeit. Ich bin dann selbst los um etwas zu bestellen. Der Caesar salad war sehr trocken, kaum Dressing. Die Drinks kamen dann 30 Minuten später. Das Wasser an der Dusche am Pool läuft genau 5 Sekunden. In den Umkleideräumen am Pool gibt es nicht einmal Handtücher. Ich werde definitiv nicht mehr hier hin kommen.

Amazing Easter meal with great service! Lovely and cozy place on The Palm. Now one of my top beach club to relax. Not to dance though. The hotel is rather family oriented, so many kids around. Overall great value.

The food was very limited for vegan and vegetarian people if you choose the brunch since they have a lot of seafood and meat options but barely anything vegetarian. Drinks however was quite nice. Servers are very friendly and nice so no complaints. atmosphere is very stuffy as their fans are very slow and don’t have enough coolers for people so be prepared to be sweaty. But it’s a nice property in all.

Regular visitors to the hotel and have had another great experience. Special thanks to Santosh on the beach who had our regular sunbeds all ready for us each morning and made sure we kept hydrated! Thank you Santosh, see you again next year!

Sehr cooles Restaurant am Beach. Das Restaurant befindet sich im Jumeirah Hotel. Man kann am Tisch essen, man kann sich aber auch was bestellen von der Liege am Strand aus was natürlich sehr exklusiv und nobel ist. Das Essen wird dann in einer Box gebracht.

Really great Part of the hotel but very relaxing. Perfect for a drink after a day of shopping. Excellent food. Management will come yo check everything is OK and take the time to ensure you have the perfect seat. All the restaurants are excellent but this one you can simply relax into. Thanks

Recently spent most lunchtimes at Zenzi Beach Club. Was gutted when was told the previous PLAJ BAR had changed to Zenzi, but this is as good if not better. Upscaled menu, but also all the classics available for delivery to the beach or the cabanas. Now got Stella on draught as well as the previous Carlsberg and Peroni. The Wagyu Beef pizzas are amazing, also great service, and a haus muzak DJ on at the weekends. Shisha pipes still available...

Amazing experience as always. Santosh was most helpful for us each day and nothing was a problem. Waiters in the sports bar and Zenzis also very attentive. We have stayed beee many times and never fails to disappoint!

A total disappointment , they don’t have options for intolerants or allergies to gluten even I mentioned before booking . It was my birthday and I had to eat a grill salmon that took more than 1 hour and fruit salad . Even they didn’t have any detail to me being my birthday . Service very slow and unfortunately I’m not coming back again. The service wasn’t good . The food was ok but not 5 stars as expected.
