Le camere sono molto grandi, ottimamente attrezzate e con materassi e cuscini super comodi. La colazione (al primo piano) è davvero ottima e molto varia. Il bar Distrikt al piano terra consente di cenare anche con un ottimo sushi (sebbene il sashimi sia effettivamente molto spesso). Personale gentile. La posizione è strategica ma nei pressi non vi sono bar o negozi.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Everything was well organized, clean, and professionally managed. I would especially like to thank Ryan at the front desk for his kindness, professionalism, and respectful attitude. He was very welcoming and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. I had a great stay at Centro Alwaha. The hospitality was truly outstanding from the moment we arrived. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, and they made everything smooth and comfortable for us. I had a wonderful breakfast experience at the hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, which made the morning even more enjoyable. There was a great variety of food, and everything was fresh and delicious. The overall quality and atmosphere were excellent. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back again. Exceptional customer service provided by Taif. Very welcoming and thoughtful. Took time to explain everything and even went beyond to call and check in on me to ensure room was equipped with what I needed. Thank you Taif! Hotel room is clean and modern and location is perfect specially for people who are new to Riyadh.

The check-in experience was initially not as smooth as I expected for a GHA DISCOVERY Platinum member. However, the team handled the situation professionally, rectified the experience, and genuinely made an effort to improve the stay afterward. Because of the way the team recovered the situation and took guest feedback seriously, I decided to amend this review and give them a well-deserved 5 stars. Overall, a pleasant stay and a hotel I would happily return to during my Riyadh visits.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell the kitchen puts care into every dish. I also want to highlight the excellent service by chiefs and restaurant waiters. Thanks to Vinod, Bishno and Nestor for their kind and dedicated services during my stay in Centro by Rotana. In terms of cleaning services mr.Joydeb was very friendly and dedicated.

Exceptional service by Mahbub! I had an amazing stay at Centro Oaxa, the dinner is great ! and a huge part of the experience was thanks to Mahbub. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely caring from start to finish. You can tell he takes pride in making guests feel comfortable and well looked after. His warm attitude and professionalism really elevated the whole stay as I was here for 12 nights — the kind of service that makes you want to come back. If you visit, make sure to look for him. The restaurant is lucky to have someone like him! Thank you, Mahbub, for the outstanding service!

Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The food is excellent, the reception is warm, and the service is outstanding. The wonderful experience starts from the reception by the amazing Arabi, all the way to Nestor and Pujan, then chef Magdi who makes the yummiest fresh stand station food at all time. They truly keep me wanting to come back every time sooner than ever.

I have stayed at Centro Waha for many years, and while the facilities are very good, it is the people here who make it so special. We all know that life can be difficult right now, especially with the uncertainty of the war around us. Despite these difficulties and the personal challenges everyone may face, the staff always works with a genuine smile and high professional standards. This shows how strong and kind they truly are. The Cleaning Staff: For keeping everything perfect and making me feel at home. The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. The room was clean, and the view of the city from it was splendid. The breakfast spread was also quite tasty. Worst customer service I've experienced in the Middle East. Zero efforts from front desk, to be helpful and organized. Starts with no-one being able to provide the national address code, which is mandatory for parcel delivery. I asked for 1 hour and was either left standing or had to push to call accounting or management. Still nothing was done, which resulted in me not receiving urgent deliveries. Also, housekeeping randomly walks the corridor in the middle of the night, slamming doors or talking via radio on full volume. Had to twice get up and tell the guys to be quiet. Its a business hotel during a busy exposition week and the management does not have basic understanding for guests needs. As for the rooms, there is a constant cigarette smell blasting through the bathroom airco, all my clothes smelled. Only highlight is the restaurant staff, both at breakfast and the downstairs bar. Friendly, efficient and with a smile. Would not recommend ANYONE to stay here and we will definitely book another hotel for the whole team next time.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Housekeeping at Centro Waha I recently completed a week-long stay at the Centro Waha Hotel and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. While the overall service was excellent, I wanted to give special recognition to the Housekeeping team, who truly made my stay comfortable and hassle-free. The cleanliness of my room was consistently impeccable. Every day, the service was prompt, efficient, and performed with incredible attention to detail. Coming back to a perfectly organized and refreshed room after a long day made a huge difference to my trip. In particular, I want to mention Nasir. Nasir’s professionalism and dedication were truly exceptional. He was always friendly, highly attentive to any request, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Nasir is a fantastic representative of the high standards Centro Waha upholds. Thank you to the entire team, and especially to Nasir, for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you value world-class service and cleanliness.

تجربة إقامة أكثر من رائعة بكل التفاصيل. كل الشكر والتقدير لفريق الصيانة على احترافيتهم وسرعة استجابتهم وحرصهم الدائم على راحة النزلاء، وكذلك للإدارة المتميزة التي يظهر مجهودها الواضح في التنظيم والمتابعة الدقيقة لكل شيء. نظافة الغرف ممتازة جداً وتفوق التوقعات، مع أجواء هادئة ومريحة تساعد فعلاً على الاسترخاء. مستوى التنظيم داخل الفندق يعكس عمل فريق محترف يهتم بأدق التفاصيل. علي المطعم فهو فعلاً تحفة، جودة الأكل عالية جداً والتجربة كانت مميزة وممتعة. شكراً لكل فريق العمل على هذا المستوى الراقي، وبالتأكيد ستكون لي زيارات قادمة بإذن الله.

Had a great experience here! The food was delicious and everything was served fresh. The service was amazing thanks to Mahbub who welcomed us professionally and Ms Angel for the sweet smile.
