Jollibee Arabian Center

today dec 25 i ordered for delivery i politely ask for chicken breast part and no wing part but the servers are tripping they send leg and a wing! which i specifically ask not to put. Please be nice!

I would just like to put this review so jollibee Arabian center be aware of their deliveries. We ordered last time and it was delivered thru talabat and it was so sad that we recieved a crashed food items. I guess you have to check also whether the food should be well delivered wherever it should be be. The spaghetti splurge in the bag and the chicken joy boxes broke and all the sauce scattered in the bag. Hope next time pls make sure it will be delivered secure and nicely. We love jollibee and we dont intend to demoralised or disappoint customers but be careful of your deliveries next time pls. We pay it from our hard earned money so we deserve to recieve it nicely also

The service is extremely slow for a fast food restaurant. At the end this is how the burger looks, over-cooked and empty from inside !!

It’s soooo disappointing to received your order this way! It’s either they gave you wrong order or mess your order like a trash! I’ve been ordering multiple times in your branch but every time you never failed to disappoint me. Still I tried because I really like Jollibee but today, it will be the last time! And people must be aware for not to experience the same. Worst customer service, packaging and customer care!

Worst fried chicken Received it as cold and not in crispy state Not recommended at all

We ordered a huge number today to be delivered in our office here in Muhaisnah 1. However, when the food came. after waiting for 2 hours, they missed to put rice on the chicken rice meals, they missed 1 burger steak and also instead of giving spicy chicken they gave normal. Now, we called the branch, they try to rectify the error but low and behold, the talabat driver who delivered the food is trying to collect the payment! This staff is trying to collect money from us knowing first hand that they made a mistake. Very inconvenient including the delays and this double mistake. Unacceptable for a nationality who is expected to deliver good service to all its customer. Jollibee Arabian train your staffs. You should know better. Shame on all of you for damaging a proudly Filipino owned restaurant.

This place is so adorable especially the front desk staff I think the name of the pretty girl was Rajbir She was too polite during taking orders plus at the time of serving. I would love to come here again. Food is too good.

I have received my food very very late! I placed my order at 7:30 pm, received my food at 9:11 pm and the food is already cold and the drinks got spilled. Jollibee Mizhar your service is too slow. Even for dine in, need to wait for 30 mins to be served.

I’m a regular customer at this branch since it was open and i really appreciate the front crew”African lady”who always smile and very humble to all the customer she is serving.PLEASE KEEP IT UP!!!

Staff behavior is very bad and also use por language for raider and i wait 22 min she said go this place we are raider not restaurant servant please if you not making order fast please stop your system and give frist order but this restaurant very bad for delivery raider see the dealy time afer 50 min she give order other raider and cancel my order please action

1st time I tried jollibee and after eating I realized for so many years I was wasting my money in KFC…. Jollibee I truely enjoyed and spl thanks to the staff … now it has become my most fav Chicken fried was so tasty , the gravy was outstanding , thank you all

This lady in the casher is so rude.. the way she approached me including my friends. I hope jollibee will take some action for that. Her name is rajbir!

I ordered tru talabat in my apps i waited for 1hr it showed that my order will arrive 10-20mins then suddenly I received a notification that my order is CANCELLED. Never order in this branch again my kids was really disappointed
