Visited McDonald’s at Marina Mall and had a great experience. The outlet was clean, food was fresh, and service was quick. Special thanks to cashier Wandana for being very polite, helpful, and professional. Made the visit pleasant. Will definitely come again.

Been to McDonald’s at Dubai Marina Mall a few times and overall had a positive experience. The food quality is average solid for fast food but noticeably lower compared to what you’d find at McDonald’s in Europe. Menu choices are a bit limited, but they cover the basics if you just want a quick bite. The location itself is quite small, but the food court area provides plenty of space to find a seat comfortably. Service is adequate, nothing exceptional, but orders are handled efficiently enough. Waiting times generally range between 10–20 minutes, depending on how busy it is. Overall, it’s a convenient spot for a casual, occasional meal. Not the place I’d go every day, but perfect if you’re in the mood for a classic fast-food fix while in the mall.

I love McDonalds too much, unfortunately I ordered sundae from this branch they put very little amount of chocolate sauce, I asked the manager to cover the cup as this is what I have without asking in some other branches, he told me no this is the standard amount and if you need you have to pay extra..!!!! How I will know they will put smaller amount, if I knew I would have ordered in advance, this is unprofessional and rude.

The food here is pretty much on par for what you expect from McDonald's in the UAE. Ingredients seem quite fresh and the burgers are prepared nicely and served good for dining in. Service is ok but is about the level you expect for a busy chain like McDonald's.

It is very awful as always but now is, to see such a same bad quality of food served evertime.....regardless to the bread haves this white marks on the bread manager of the branch explains that the bread received frozen so it is not fresh i was wondering how he got this position with no experience in how to handle such complaint

Good clean kiosk with fast and efficient service. Staff are very polite and helpful and good years like any other McDonald's. During the day there is plenty of seating available however it can get very busy at night meaning you may need to take out out or eat standing up

Hmmm, I think previous version of Big Mack have better test! I actually have a lot of objections to the sandwich crust. The previous crust is much better for me. This one is kind of plastic to me, tasteless. And the color of the bark is weird to me! Staff, …. should be better attitude!

Had a problem with the kiosk and the cashier was very helpful solving it. The food court had great views and the place is well maintained and very clean.

Order passed at 21:25 today (Friday ) and I m still waiting after more than one hour and a half. Never again

The guys are acting smart here, if you pay for extra ketchup, mayonnaise, or chilli sachets they would not give any free ones with the meal, unless you go back and remind them, they wouldn’t also apologise for their mistake, they would just rectify it silently as if nothing happened..

Extremely disappointed😡 I came to this specific branch later to be shocked! I came here after my 12 hour flight thinking instead of making myself food I will go and get it from McDonald’s it’s also a treat for me cause im on a strict diet! I went there and the manager was very rude and shouting the vibe was weird.. I just wanted to eat?!?! So I say where is my food and the staff ignored me? I was very hungry so I had to be firm with it and they said WE ARE MAKING IT with a very rude dismissive attitude.. as someone who isn’t from Dubai u aren’t giving me nice impression? Later I see worker smashing my burger which made me disgusted it was suppose to be a nice treat for my diet but after I felt so disgusted especially by the amount of oil on the property and the workers 😒 동포 여러분, 여기 오지 마세요! 😛😛

I ordered in Mc Donalds in Marina and clearly told the cashier that I will pay using my Upoints the cashier was not aware or she don’t have an Idea what is it. She called the supervisor to ask for help. He came to help I told him that I will pay via Upoints he said okay maam then tap. Surprisingly It was not deducted on my Upoints but on my card balance directly instead. I told them what happened. Supposedly all shops under Emaar know about this. How could the staffs are unaware about this?

It is very pleasant to eat while watching the beautiful view of the marina, the speed of the staff is also excellent.

Cleanest and best fast food in the area. As tourist , you will find here unique Mc Meals that you won’t find anywhere in the world. It’s cheapest and the portions are ok.
