Kathmandu Eco Hotel

Very nice hotel. We had an amazing experience! People are very polite and helpful, especially Sushmita Baral at the reception. The location of the hotel is also very good because is near everything, restaurants, souvenirs shops and bars. I recommend it!

Found this hotel through a friend, very clean and nice establishment. Opted for the breakfast and was happy with the quality and service. Anything I needed was made easy during my stay, I rarely write reviews but this place made life easy.

A special thanks to Sushmita Baral for her kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. She was always helpful, friendly, and made my stay at Kathmandu Eco Hotel even more comfortable and memorable. Truly excellent service! 😊🙏🏻

Я была в шоке от той комнаты, которую нам предоставил отель. В душевой была дыра в стене и выходила на грязные трубы. В комнате было очень мало света, окна выходили на стену другого дома, хотя мы бронировали совершенно другой номер. Отель требует ремонта. Еда была просто отвратительной, после чего у меня сразу же наступила диарея (простите за подробности). Единственный плюс этого отеля - прекрасный персонал. Все остальное - было просто ужасно. Чайные домики на треке были намного приятнее, чище и еда была отменной.

I had a wonderful stay at Kathmandu Eco Hotel and would happily give it five stars. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help with a genuine smile. I am especially thankful to the check in team, the breakfast team, and Bimal for making me feel so welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, a great way to start the day. Due to some unexpected changes in my trip, I had to cancel part of my stay, and the team handled everything with understanding and professionalism. A special thank you to Bimal for making a stressful situation much easier. Thank you again to the entire team for such a pleasant experience. I would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kathmandu.

タメル地区にありますが、道路と反対側の部屋だったせいか静かでよく眠れました。近くにはレストランやショップがあり便利なロケーションです。部屋はこの料金としては充分な広さでした。エコダブルの部屋で予約していましたが、ツインルームに変更してもらえました。ミルラルウォーター2本もらえるのは助かりました。シャワーはちゃんとお湯が出ましたが、バスタブに貯めるほどの水量ではないため、シャワーだけにしておきました。トイレには水銃が付いています。最上階には長めの良いテラスがあり喫煙可能でした。1階のレストランで朝食ブッフェを食べます。地元料理もあってじゃがいもはとても美味しいです。エスプレッソマシーンもあるのでカプチーノも飲めました。片道空港送迎無料プランだったので、到着時のお迎えシャトルを予約していました。私がSimカード使用していないため、無料WiFiでしか連絡がつかず、連絡のやり取りがうまく行かなくて、結局タクシーでホテルに向かいました。その代わり帰りは空港まで無料シャトルで送ってもらえました(連絡のこともあるので、最初から帰りを無料にしてもらう方が良いと思いました。空港にはプリペイタクシーの受付が出たところにあります)。 エレベーターがないので上階の部屋だと行き来が大変ですが、古い建物では仕方ないですね。エクササイズと思って歩きましょう。チェックイン、アウト時には荷物はスタッフに運んでもらいました。 お湯の水量が弱いのも、ネパールでは電力は大切なので仕方がないと思います。バスタブがあっても期待しないようにしましょう。

Property is very good neat and clean. Staff is very helpful...you"ll get a good experience at this property...once visit here.. location is also perfect for tourists...this property located in middle of thamel.

Feel very good. The best hotel and great restaurants in Kathmandu's. The food test are ready organically like home made test. Good value of price. Nice and friendly staff members.

A minha estadia no hotel foi positiva, os quartos são o espectável para uma a cidade de kathmandu. O pequeno almoço é agradável e suficiente para ficar satisfeito. O pessoal da recepção é muito simpático, em especial a Sushmita Baral! Bem localizado no centro de Thamel

Fantastic hotel. After showing up in a panic because of changes to our trek and finding ourselves without accommodation, they immediately found a room for us. The hotel, located right in the heart of Thamel, is very clean, well furnished, and offers a rich buffet breakfast. They also allowed us to leave our luggage there for free during our 12-day trek. Highly recommended

このホテルは満足にコンタクトが取れません。何度も連絡しましたが、何日経っても返事はなく、不安に思いキャンセルしました。キャンセルして２日後にやっと返事がありました。どうなっているのでしょうか。 旅行者にとっては信用できない施設です。

Had a bad experience. Late check-in after a trip. At first the staff were nice and check-in was easy. I only wanted two things, a warm shower and a warm room. I had neither. The AC didn't work and it took very long for them to admit it while I'm tired. They gave me a tiny electric heater that was half broken for the big suite(5th floor no elevator)... Then the water after 15 minutes of waiting were at best body temperature! Plus, there is a large window (hole with a net) in the shower you cannot close! So the bathroom is always freezing. And after all this in the morning he did me a favor with a tiny discount.

The staff is pleasant and the accommodation is nice. They also help organize all the trekking or activities you could want to do from the hotel itself, so you don’t need to find a tour organizer in addition.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but I visited the restaurant for dinner and had the mutton thali set - it was delicious and full of great flavors. I was dining with two staff members (Bhimsen and Neeraj), and the service I received was very warm and helpful. The hotel itself also seems to have a home-like environment and fair prices, which adds to the overall positive impression. A wonderful experience - definitely worth recommending.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Kathmandu Eco Hotel. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and assistance whenever we needed it. We felt very safe during our time here and were able to fully enjoy the beauty and vibrancy that Thamel and Kathmandu have to offer. Even with the current situation and the recent unrest, we never felt unsafe. Walking through the streets was absolutely fine, and people remained just as welcoming and kind as before. We are grateful for the warm hospitality we received and would love to return again in the future!
