Freidoon A. Khavarpour, [May 28, 2024 at 16:50] I would like to thank the entire team at the Kiasun Gasht Pars, the Travel and Tour Agency for being a real and genius travel companion during our recent trip to the northern and southern part of the Iranian plateau. First, the selected accommodations/hotels were particularly excellent, specially the Sarhang hotel in Isfahan, just in the middle of Charbagh, the central district of the city, hence easy access to the central services in Isfahan. The other important point worth mentioning is, the “tolerance” of the staff in dealing with the various changes I and other travel companions had to make at the initial stage of the trip and later due to various circumstances., beyond our control. The staff dealt with our re-scheduling of the plan with efficient, gracious customer-bond service. The level of detail and accountability the entire staff provided us, demonstrates the professionalism and respect they hold for the right of customers. We were very impressed with the service provided by staff and will certainly recommend this travel agency to any friends/colleagues, who are interested to take a trip to any part of Iran and particularly Shiraz.
