Excellent atmosphere and outstanding service by Karel. The food was delicious, generous in portions, and there was a great variety of desserts. Everything felt well thought out and innovative. Karel had a very lovely and thoughtful detail with us that truly made the experience even more special. We absolutely loved it. Special mention to the marshmallow coffee — amazing and definitely a must-try. Highly recommended. We’ll definitely be coming back without a doubt.

We had a wonderful experience at Namelaka Restaurant. The food was absolutely amazing and everything we ordered was delicious. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, especially King, who served us. He was very friendly, accommodating, and made sure we had everything we needed. The service and overall atmosphere were great. We will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful experience at Namelaka Restaurant. The place has a beautiful pink aesthetic and a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was excellent — the eggs benedict was perfectly cooked, the toast dish was rich and flavorful with generous cheese, and the coffee was beautifully presented with great latte art. The prices are reasonable considering the quality of service and the overall ambiance. Overall, I believe the restaurant is well worth a visit, especially for those seeking a great atmosphere and excellent service.

The theme is very cute and the service is top notch. You can tell the theme and service level of this brand is very unique and standards are visible. Their cakes on the other hand are really really delicious. I would 100% go back for their cakes. The atmosphere of the staff was also very warming which made the experience more special and better.

Expérience à ne pas manquer lors de votre séjour à Dubaï! J’ai essayé leur cappuccino dans une pivoine faite en guimauve rose 😍 C’est le plus beau café que j’ai pris de ma vie! Le resto du Dubaï Hills Mall est magnifique, tout rose avec des pivoines roses, et les serveurs sont vêtus de la même couleur. We went for Christmas morning breakfast with our family and had such a wonderful experience. We were taken care of by Karel, who was absolutely lovely, attentive, and very efficient — he really made the morning special. We come here for every special occasion, and it never disappoints. For reference, we ordered 4 hot drinks, 4 breakfast dishes, and 4 desserts, and everything was excellent. Everything was delicious, but the caramel pecan cheesecake was so good we had to order it again. We truly can’t recommend this place enough!

When they found out it was my birthday, they sang for me and even gave me a cake 🥹🎂 Sabrina, Jan, and Elmer were absolutely adorable and made my day so special. Came here craving for the rose petal cappuccino, and left looking forward to my next visit. Their staffs know how to provide great hospitality. The hostess Jem warmly welcomed me and made sure I have a table as per my liking. Elmer was very helpful and had good product knowledge - I liked everything he recommended. Will definitely order the cookies on my next visit! Atmosphere is cute, instagram-worthy. Outdoor seating is available.

The atmosphere is beautiful, the food selection is excellent, and the desserts are truly the best, not overly sugary like in other places in Dubai, sugar levels are perfect in their desserts❤️ The staff are amazing, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We were very lucky to visit Namelaka when they just launched "cabbage rolls". Very tasty dish and feels exactly like at home❤️ Every other dish was amazing as well, and the dessert is the final touch. Mark was very polite and caring, thanks so much to him. He made our visit to Namelaka memorable🌸

Had a fantastic after lunch tea and cakes with my friend who recommended to pass by. The staffs are so nice and assisted us very warmly, The cake is chocolatey delicious!! Would love to come back to try their other cakes and teas!!

We visited Namelaka Coffee, where the atmosphere was beautiful and relaxing. The team was very welcoming, and Carlos provided outstanding service with great attention to detail. We went for quick visit to Dubai and visited one of my checkpoints on the list - Namelaka restaurant. Had a great brunch and especially delicious cake 🍰. Karel was our server and made excellent job in food propositions and great appearance. If you never've been in this place - you should visit - it's something else than everything else around. Great experience.

It’s worth it for the sweet breakfast options and atmosphere only (Savory breakfast options are pretty average, nothing special). We had the Namelaka Syrnyky and it was delicious. Customer Service is flawless, Karel took very good care of us! 💗

Beautiful place, beautiful deserts. Great selection of the deserts. We didn’t have a chance to try their food menu, but deserts tasted great, plus didn’t feel too sweet, which is nice. Less sugar is better. Coffee was alright, matcha was good. Will be back another day to try other deserts
