We have been coming to Sisy’s Eatery quite often and every single time we are impressed. The food is consistently excellent and the service is always great, which is why we keep coming back. Today, Mrs. Niruta truly stood out. She was exceptionally friendly, very attentive and welcoming, always with a warm smile. She made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. She especially recommended the Kaiserschmarrn, particularly the sweet ones and they were absolutely delicious. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

Visited Sisi's last week and had a great dining experience. Very good service and delicious food. Beets Arnchini is fabulous starter.

Despite the modern decore & lighting, the ambient was relaxing & open; not only you're there to eat, but also enjoy as a whole experience. The seabass was really good, very tasty, savory & zesty. The wilberry mojito was a little too sweet for me. If you like sweet drinks, you'll enjoy the wild berry drink. My server Moon was so sweet & showed she cared that I was taken care of & of it needed anything. Definitely coming back!

Lovely staff who are amazing and so friendly and attentive. The food was delicious with big portions. The whole experience exceeded our expectations, we have a new favourite restaurant!

After spending our holidays in Vienna, we completely fell in love with the classic Kaiserschmarrn dessert. Once we returned to Dubai, we searched for a place where we could relive that experience and discovered Sisi’s Eatery. We were very happy with our visit—the Kaiserschmarrn was freshly prepared, delicious, and truly reminded us of Vienna. The tea selection was excellent and paired perfectly with the dessert. The service was outstanding as well. Ms. Mercan welcomed us with a big smile and kindly recommended their best-seller items, making us feel very comfortable and well taken care of. A lovely spot for anyone craving authentic Viennese flavors in Dubai.

Sisi’s Eatery blew me away! The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. The portions were generous, and every dish tasted homemade in the best way. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Beautiful atmosphere, great service, and fantastic food — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I went there with my dad yesterday evening and I’ll definitely be back. The service was lovely. We were served by Moon who was very hospitable and the manager was of Sisi’s was very lovely and friendly. We got a mocha and Spanish latte and they were made to perfection. I’ve never had an Austrian dessert but we decided to try to kaiserschmarrn and it was amazing. The right amount of sweetness and lovely evening dessert.

We just got back from Vienna and couldn’t wait to try Keiserschmarnn desserts. So, we stumbled upon a hidden gem at Dubai Hills Mall. We indulged in some delicious Keiserschmarn and apple tea, but there were so many main, side, and appetizer options to choose from. We will back to try other dishes as well. The staff was super friendly and attentive, making our experience even better. We especially wanted to thank Ms. Mercan for her warm welcome.

Had a wonderful dining experience here! The Steak & Fries, Mediterranean Seabass, and Healthy Grilled Chicken were all delicious and beautifully plated. The ambience felt warm and elegant — perfect for a relaxed meal. Special thanks to Madam Kim, who served us with such kindness and professionalism. Their desserts looks scrumptious and the vibes are excellent. I ordered mille fuille and unfortunately, it was very hard that I couldn’t even cut it with knife. The portion is small and didn't feel fresh as well. I may come again.

Started my week with lunch at Sisi’s Eatery in Dubai Hills Mall. The decor of Sisi’s is aesthetically pleasing and their menu has great options. We tried couple of dishes from their à la carte menu and all the dishes from their festive menu. The taste, the quality and the presentation of all the dishes and desserts were outstanding.

First time trying the food at sisi’s eatery and I’m so surprised! It was delicious, from the salad to desert without forgetting the survice by Ahmed who made it an unforgettable experience, we will for sure come back 🙏🏻

Had a lovely experience at the unlimited breakfast. The quality of ingredients, flavors, presentation, and generous portions were all excellent — you can really taste the freshness and care in every dish. A special mention to Rose, who made the meal even more enjoyable with her wonderful service and ever-present smile. She truly set the tone for a great start to the day. Overall, a highly satisfying breakfast — definitely worth coming back for.

Had breakfast at Sisi’s Eatery, Dubai Hills Mall, and it was a wonderful experience. We tried the shakshouka, avocado toast, black coffee, mocha, and fresh juice, everything was full of flavor and beautifully presented. The bread basket came with a variety of freshly baked breads that were warm and delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. The display of cakes and pastries was a real treat to see, definitely coming back to try those next time. A perfect spot for a relaxed and tasty breakfast!

Amazing atmosphere. The decor is homey but spacious; the staff are so friendly and helpful (speciallyDimpal and Brian); the food is top-notch. The lasagna tasted better than some authentic Italian restaurants. The barista Mahmoud did a great job with the V60. Planning to return for their famous desserts!

I absolutely love this restaurant. The food is wonderful and incredibly delicious. The salad selection is excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. I especially love the pumpkin soup – it’s the best pumpkin soup I have ever had. The bread served as a starter is always warm and incredibly tasty as well. My favorite dessert is the Kaiserschmarrn, which is absolutely amazing. The service is always friendly and welcoming. On our last visit, we were served by Ravindu, who was exceptionally kind, attentive, and very service-oriented. Overall, a fantastic dining experience every time. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
