I am extremely disappointed with the service and maintenance of this building. The overall management is highly inefficient and unresponsive. Maintenance requests take months to be addressed, and even then, constant daily follow-ups are required just to get basic issues resolved. The quality of materials used in the building is clearly substandard. The plumbing system, in particular, appears to be made of cheap pipes that burst multiple times a year, causing repeated inconvenience and disruption. Overall, the experience of living here has been extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise anyone considering this building to think carefully before making a decision.

I’m a resident here. The flat looks pretty clean and new but they should improve the pool.
