I enjoy staying in this building, but I hope management would consider allowing the use of gas cylinders. Cooking with an electric cooker takes much longer and can consume a lot of electricity. Having the option to use gas would make meal preparation faster and more practical.

Security guards harass residents who do not fit their criteria, especially when they are Indians. Very few equipments in the gym. Flat had AC issues, no one came to fix it for 2 weeks. Not worth the amount of money you pay for rent. Look for a different apartment.

Good building with access to all the necessary facilities. Just opposit Silicon Central Mall.

Excellent location within DSO, surrounded by all facilities and services, well maintained building with good security and housekeeping staff. Would have been 5 stars rated if it had better amenities like swimming pool and gym.

Water heater repaired once when we came n now again its not working within 2 months... the jet sprays of the washrooms repaired once when we’re new and one has already bursted again within 2 months of repair... maintenance department is average... many tiles were broken when we shifted in even after many times of bringing it into notice nothing is done... otherwise it is okay... cockroaches and mosquitoes are also found here... overall okay experience as the play area for kids and pool and gym is good

roof is very low compared to most other buildings. also apartments have some weird damp smell
