MM Towers Dubai Silicon Oasis

One of the best buildings to live in. MM Towers has excellent management that genuinely takes care of even the smallest details. Personally, I’ve had nothing but a great experience. The management team is truly top-tier—professional, responsive, and supportive. The building is very well maintained, always clean, and well looked after. There are no unpleasant smells, and the overall environment is comfortable and welcoming. The security staff are friendly and attentive, and the management team is always quick to respond and helpful whenever needed. I would also like to personally thank Fatima for her outstanding support. I’ve already recommended MM Towers to a friend and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to live in Silicon Oasis. If you’re looking for a clean, well-maintained apartment in a nice community with nearby stores and easy access in and out of Silicon Oasis, this is a great place to live.

Well design, well maintained and secure building accommodation. I live in this building for more than 2 years and all I can say is that this building is top notch. Yearly checking and updating of the Fire Fighting equipment and other building checks Friendly staff and real estatge agents too. They are really into security that they dont even allow delivery service vehicles for tenants parked below the building(e.a. Petrol or Battery delivery), hope they would relax on that policy though.

Excellent organization, quick responses to questions, continuous support, streamlined contract procedures, and ample information provided about electricity and gas connections, especially by M/Fatima. General maintenance was performed throughout the house before handover, the building was consistently clean, and the security guards provided good service in the visitor parking area.

I don’t know who is posting this fake good reviews. Management is horrible - they are pursuing their rules how it suits them. But God forbids if you have a problem - you’re on your own! And by that I mean noise from neighbors and from outside construction. They are not helpful at all. “Yearly checking fire fighting equipment “? Yes, starting from this year when we had a fire in the basement! Security has zero power! So in case you have a problem - better call police, theyll solve it!

I lived in this building for five years. It was more than wonderful. The building is very clean and they pay attention to every detail. All the staff are wonderful and kind. Been living in the building since 2019, the level of service and cleanliness have not gone down one bit. The staff are all pleasant and helpful and hats off to the building management especially Ms. Zeinab, who even during Covid was able to remain ontop of things. I'm proud of the building I live in as it is one of if not the best in DSO.

The management is very poor and the security is very poor, and there is no visitor parking. And no delivery vehicle parking is prohibited.

security at parking is so rude. the thin brown security person has an ego issue and speaks rudely. building is good but dealing with the security to let in guests give me anxiety. worst of all the security has flagged my apartment as a security concern??? I cannot appeal this in any way. very disappointing.

It is one of the worst management I have ever seen. They are not cooperative at all. Only the security and service personnel are good, but the administration staff and the building manager are not qualified to deal with customers, so upon expiration of the contract, the security deposit that is provided at the time of handing over the apartment will not be returned at any cost. They will tryTo impose baseless claims and ensure tenants are deceived without any recovery. It’s one of the worst buildings over.

I am resident in building, Cleaning & building maintenance is good but faced some issues like at the time of leasing gym was 24x7 but later on building management changed the timing Parking is excellent security is also good, Cleaning is amazing probably best in DSOA, building had got best visitor parking. Supermarket at ground floor makes it easy for Families to purchase daily necessities. Rent is higher than other buildings but to maintain the quality you will have to pay premium charges.

It has been a hassle-free stay for me and my entire family in MM Towers. The project is no doubt one of the best in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Management is strong and they make sure that they provide best facilities to the tenant. It is very close to LULU and all the facilities are available close by. They deal professionally with refundable amount and deduct very reasonable if requires. We feel grateful to have been blessed with such an understanding and supportive team of MM Tower. I will strong recommend anyone to rent the apartment in this project. You will really enjoy the stay with professional people. Thanks

Honestly, the building is Amazing. I do not agree to the previous 2 reviews of the building. The building was new and was taking shape. As of today, its probably the best or one of the top 3 Buildings to stay in DSO. From the Swimming Pool maintenance to the Gym to the new playing area for children and sky terrace. The building has it all and all in mint condition. Moreover, service is quick and on one phone call. Any small issues are being fixed before its late. The apartments are spacious and cleanliness is maintained.

Good experience so far! Starting with Ms. Fathima, who helped with rent and documents side to security, maintenance staff, who are always ready to help. Gym is always maintained well. Overall, building is nice and fresh.
