Worst building in the entire DSO, smells garbage in the apartment, Lobby and in Parking.birds dropping smells in apartments, No proper pest control flies cockroaches and mosquitoes are coming in from corridors.parking cars right in front of entrance blocking the entrance and specially handicapped persons and can cause huge damage in case of emergency.Always there is any maintenance going on hammering and drilling throughout the year. Not recommended at all.

The worst building ever ! Tenants need to ask to park their car and the only way to get a slot is to pay money for other tenants to get slot while it’s my right as a tenant to get slot even if i have 2 cars! Cannot access the building without access card even if you are dying and tired on the door we need to use the cards Poor services ever Don’t recommend anyone to rent or buy an apartment, it used to be better 2 years ago

We have lived here for a year already and aside from the bldg. facility, the security, are both so nice, helpful and respectful, in which we as a tenant makes comfortable and secure because of the attitude of bldg. security

The building is very calm. People are friendly, mostly families. The building management are very responsive and supportive. The fire alarm is ver sensitive too!!😁

Close proximity to all facilities. Restaurants, supermarkets, school,park, clinics. Perfect for what a family would want to have near their house. Home owners dream place

Nice Community living. La Vista Residence 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are on the main road. This 6 and 7 are here.
