TRIA TOWER - Deyaar

Most recent update from Deyaar is the handover date is 30th June 2026. Lets see if they can deliver on time or extend the handover date again. Looks like they will deliver by June considering the current progress with the construction

Extremely disappointing experience with Deyaar on the Tria project. I received yet another extension communication today advising that the “anticipated” completion date has been pushed back even further to 30 September 2026 — with little confidence or assurance provided to me around this further revised timeline. Equally surprising was that this update was issued to me on a UAE public holiday, reflecting in my opinion lack of consideration in communication. This project has now been subject to multiple delays and continuously shifting timelines throughout the process. As an investor I think I deserve significantly greater transparency and accountability from the Developer. I do not intend to simply overlook or brush aside this matter. Owner – Unit #2803 Update#1: Deyaar has responded to my review and requested that I contact their Customer Service team directly. Further updates will follow.

Deyaar is doing some good job, hope march is the last delay.

It’s a fantastic Projekt, but a long delay . Not much info , about handover time . I just wish they would update us more often . Let’s hope it will be finished soon . Can’t wait to move in . maybe you can kindly update us Unit 1724 Thank you
